Went for a business coffee with my colleague. We wanted to visit also the terrace. So, we asked the waitress at the lobby bar to send our coffee(s) at the terrace. Shw agree and we went up using the elevator. Elevator not reporting any indication of what floor button to push, so we decided to push the last one, the 6th. We finally reached up there and the terrace was under.renovation. the doors locked, so we decided to come back, but the routing brought us to the stairs. And gues what? No way to leace the stairs, the doors at the stairs (safety issues) were all locked. We had to walk down 6 floor (my collague in high hills), till diwn back to the lobby. When finally at the bar we were told that our coffee are ready (1 cappuccino and 1 latte). Yhe cappuccino too fc*** hot, extra waterly and the coffee tasted burned. At the end of the day we had a very bad experience and we couldn't even discuss business for the disappointing expetience. Epic bad experience in Lekki Lagos. If they give this type of service for a simple coffee, what happen if I want to dine or even book a room? Should I book the room at the 5th floor and then wake up with an headace because the workers starts hammering righ into my head and nobidy infirmwd the Front Office? THe waitress has no fault. She simply didn't know. Bad management. That's it. Good luck!
